How do I track my order?
Is your favourite pastime tracking your delivery? Because same. Orders within Australia delivered by Australia Post can be tracked here.
If you have purchased a pre-order item, you will receive a follow up email with tracking and courier details once this item has been dispatched.
Who can I ask for help with my order?
We’re here to help. Our Customer Service team are available Monday to Friday, 7am to 9pm and Saturday, 8am to 4pm AEST. Please reach out via the live chat function on our website, or via email,EFFUSIVE_LABEL@OUTLOOK.COM
Where is my return?
All returns will be processed within 3-5 business days of being received at our Australian warehouse. Please reach out to our Customer Service team if your tracking shows ‘delivered’ and the processing time has exceeded 5 business days. All funds should appear on your bank statement within 5-10 working days. Please note, refund processing times are dictated by the card issuers and are outside of our control.
Does Effusive offer exchanges?
Not the one? It happens. Contact our support team to arrange an exchange. We know you’ll find something else you’ll love.
What do I do if my item is faulty?
We ask that you kindly contact our Customer Service team via the live chat function on our website or via email with your order number and images of the fault. Please note, we classify an item as faulty if it has arrived damaged, or if a fault has occurred within 3 months from the order date. Damage outside of 3 months, is considered normal wear and tear.
Pre-Order
Get your hot little hands on our incoming must-haves. We offer pre-order for a select range of styles. Pre-order allows our customer the ability to secure popular styles before the product arrives. Estimated delivery times are outlined when viewing the product online.
A confirmation email with tracking details will be sent once the pre-order style has been dispatched. Please note, any non pre-order styles will be dispatched separately and with priority.
Size and fit
For information on sizing and fit please refer to the ‘Fit Details’ section of the product. Alternatively, look at the Size Guide.
If you require additional information on sizing including measurements, please reach out to our Customer Service team with the product name, size and details of the request and they will be more than happy to assist you.
Can I return a sale item?
All sale items are return to gift card only. Effusive gift cards are valid for 3 years from the date of return.
How do I change my order?
If you need to make urgent changes to your order, please reach out via the live chat function on our website, or via email EFFUSIVE_LABEL@OUTLOOK.COM
Please notify us of any changes as soon as possible. While we will endeavour to make the requested adjustments to your order, if the parcel has already been invoiced out or dispatched, changes are unable to be made.
Once a payment has been received and your order is completed, it is then subject to the returns policy.
